Since January 2022, multiple households in Laurelton Estate in Brownsburg, IN held obnoxiously loud indoor and outdoor parties.
The parties are so loud, they can be heard indoors from literally 1/4 mile away!
This is illegal and must stop.

All incidents have been tracked in great detail.
All incidents have been reported to the Brownsburg Police.
The situation has been reported to the Brownsburg Town Council on 4 occasions between July 2024 and May 2025.
Meetings were held with high-ranking Brownsburg Police officials.
An amendment to the existing Ordinance was requested at a Town Council Meeting in April 2025 and successfully adopted as a new Ordinance #2025-08.

Incident severity has been steadily increasing up until the first meeting with the City Council.
The incident severity trend has reversed in the 4 months since the first meeting in July 2024.The proposed amendment to the Ordinance passed the first reading in May 2025.
New Ordinance #2025-08 was adopted on June 12, 2025.
As of November 2025, zero new violations of the Ordinance were reported.
